•Responsible for managing, developing and implementing global finance projects in the Global Finance Shared Services area. (Supply Chain) •Responsible for the strategy and scope of each project, roadmap, resource availability and allocation, forecasting and performance analysis. •Work and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, suppliers and customers to ensure timely and successful implementations.

•Responsible for monthly financial statements. •Manage and prepare balance sheet reconciliations and expense trend analysis. •Contract analysis and revenue recognition point. •Analyse and review business processes and operation guides. •ERP Running schedules and account analysis. •AXE SQL Running reports and analysis. •Co-operate and ensure excellent working interfaces with Subsidiary in Canada and China HQ Team.

• Coordinate, manage and develop business plans for brands and products; and potential opportunities. • Analyse target market audiences + product features and research competitive landscape. • Analyse budget, sales, pricing and selling expense information. • Develop reporting for different channels and summarise/recap business performance for executives and sales/marketing management. Evaluate performance trends. • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Responsible for pricing, forecasting & financial follow up of contract economics for Italian multinational deals; applying both US GAAP and Italian principles. • Lead implementation of the client portfolio structure reorganisation. Responsible for performance and financial statement of the business package, collaborate with teams involved to improve performance and develop opportunities, analyse the mock data for accuracy and follow the process through to a successful and on-time completion.

• Analyse, purchase and plan raw materials to support operations. • Place orders and enter into the system. • Identify, negotiate and resolve conflicts for material availability and order promise integrity. • Assist in data gathering and updating presentations for monthly and quarterly meetings.
