Key Responsibilities: -SPOC for network-related questions within Global Service Desk team -Customer Support: serve as the first point of contact for JTI employees seeking IT assistance -Remote Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve issues related to enterprise applications and services -Ticket Management in ServiceNow -Knowledge Base Maintenance -Collaboration with other IT teams to facilitate the resolution of complex issues
