• Being part of the international contract standardization initiative for IT outsourcing contracts covering the overall revenue of Allianz Technology SE • Shaping contractual documents including important cornerstones regarding planning, process, finance and legal in between Allianz Technology SE and Operational Entities (OEs) of the Allianz Group • In-depth knowledge of overall product portfolio (infrastructure, application and business) and processes of Allianz Technology SE

• Supporting ongoing processes as a part of IT Vendor Management team • Created new SharePoint structure with 5 separate sites • Supporting negotiation process with one of the key IT partners • Participating in weekly and monthly performance steering and Contract change request meetings • Monitoring and tracking performance of suppliers in ongoing projects- measuring KPIs, credits allocation and maintaining database

• Preparing, planning and project managing publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion • Developing and implementing an internal marketing program • Creating marketing campaigns and influence maps of potential partners • Supporting marketing manager in day-to-day activities

• Managing sales team of 6 members for the Local Engineering Competition- leading team meetings, preparing agenda and delegate responsibilities • Communication with the partners and fundraising for the event • Logistical coordination of the project realization

• During my studies I was in charge of planning, coordination and realization of various projects as a member of AIESEC (worldwide student-run organization present in more than 120 countries) • Being a part of 5 different teams and responsible for delivering various projects- negotiations with main partners, logistical coordination of events and conferences and communication with Non-government organizations as a supporters of the events
