- Project ONE EH COA : Put in place a common operational Chart Of Accounts for all SAP implemented subsidiaries. - Solvency II/MVBS Project : Enhancements in SAP FI-GL of the COA - SPOC (Single Point of Contact) of the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)

In charge of SAP BCS and SAP BFC maintenance with AGF teams. - COA Maintenance in coordination with the SAP Common Core team based in Hamburg (frequent travelling). - Participation to the project FINANCE + which was consisting in the put in place of a new consolidation software for the Euler Hermes Group: End-user’s manual redaction, trainings, synchronization of the interfaces with SAP ECC.

- Consolidation assistance for big groups (ALCATEL, POINT P, Group SUEZ), - Missions of historical data capture for the groups BNP PARIBAS and EULER HERMES in the Frame of consolidation software change and the introduction to IFRS standards (length of the missions of 7 and 8 months), - Realization of consolidations externalized in the company for small and mid-size groups (10 to 50 subsidiaries

- Handling of a portfolio of French and foreign subsidiaries, - Redaction of the SAFRAN Consolidation software internal user manual in English, - Implementation of the SAFRAN software in 24 countries with training of local teams, - Handling of the intercompany reconciliations, - Transversal analysis during consolidation process.

- Determination and cost analysis, - Handling of a dashboard for a product line, - Forecast building.

- Responsible of monthly reporting and cost analysis, - Handling of the Franchised network accountancy.
