• Managing the Technical Support Team for Southern Europe, which is the first point of contact for technical inquiries from customers and field service technicians. • Responsible for resolutions of technical issues related to the machines installed in Italy, Spain, Portugal: 3000+ machines, 7000+ inquiries/year • Technical referent for severe failures and complex investigations • Responsible for KPIs of Technical Support, e.g. customer satisfaction, response time, issues resolution cycle time

• Auditing suppliers and internal production • Leading quality improvement projects • Supporting supply chain and internal production with FPQ and measurement plan definition • Identifying emerging quality issues

Managing a 2M€ yearly budget and team of up to 14 engineers and technicians aimed at investigating and solving reliability issues of field engines under CSA contract (fixed-rate service price).
