• Research on micro-/nano imprint lithography through hot embossing of polymeric films using roll-to-roll equipment with induction heating for optical and biomedical applications • Activities included mechanical design and assembly of test benches and equipment parts, as well as experimental planning, execution, and statistical data analysis for process parameters improvement

The thesis investigated the effect of induction heating on the temperature uniformity on a copper mold surface for roll-to-roll hot embossing process. Pulse heating was introduced as a strategy to improve heat conduction in the material.
