- Global responsible for two product lines: Mechanical and Electric Oil Pumps. - Responsible for the Engineering Competence Centre for Mechanical and Electric Oil Pumps, including Design departments, Testing and Prototype facilities. - Disciplinary responsible for more than 50 employees in different countries. - Responsible for production and sales of prototypes: some thousands of samples produced every year. - Responsible for an overall development budget of some millions Euro.

- Global responsible for a product line: Electric Oil Pumps. - Responsible for the Engineering Competence Centre for Electric Oil Pumps. - Additionally, created a brand new product, Electric Purge Pump, and booked the first series production business within the first year. - Disciplinary responsible of several employees in different countries. - Budget management.

- Responsible for the development and launch on the market of a new product line, Electric Oil Pumps, for hybrid cars and automatic transmissions. - Business development: market research, definition of a market launch strategy, creation of the product road map. - Responsible for the Design department and Testing facility for Electric Oil Pumps. - Management of the research and development activities in different countries and facilities. - Team and budget management.

- Multi-project management: responsible for the development of Vacuum and Water Pumps for automotive and truck applications from the concept to the industrialization. ­- Responsible for dealing with OEM customers: Fiat Group, Ford, GM, Iveco, Tata and JLR. ­- Technical management of 2nd tier suppliers. ­- Managing the activities of Designers, Test and Calculation Engineers for each project. ­- Responsible for issuing technical documentation such as D-FMEA and A&DV plan.

- Dissertation: “Ford’s Premier Automotive Group: is Jaguar its last dilemma?” - Graduated with Distinction

­­- The research project concerned the design of the driver’s cockpit, based on a TRW electrical steering system and Fiat instrumented pedals, the making of a data acquisition system by setting up a CAN network, and the development of a 14 DOF vehicle dynamic model by Matlab/Simulink.
