Relationship Management with banks from Middle East region (for Investment Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury products), opening Nostro accounts. Drafting and negotiating of documentation (all geographies): ISDA including CSA, GMRA, BAFT Risk Participation, Term Sheets, Master Risk Participation Agreements, FCI IFA, bilateral loan agreements etc. Monitoring and managing of covenants in existing documentation. Building of strategy and ongoing macro analysis on the Middle East region.

Sales and Relationship management with 14 major Russian banks. Developing sales strategies, sales forecasts for clients' accounts. Responsible for maintaining of the book of business on the accounts. Team coordination within sales projects.

Relationship management with foreign banks (all geographies). Negotiating all types of documentation: ISDA, GMRA, BAFT Risk Participation, Term Sheets for syndications, FCI IFA, bilateral loan agreements etc. Opening and maintaining Nostro/Vostro accounts, setting up limits for businesses. Monitoring of covenants in existing documentation. Participating in FinTech projects.

Coordination of the Agreements team, preparing reports and presentations. Negotiating of documentation: ISDA, GMRA with banks, financial companies, corporate clients (all geographies). Obtaining memorandums, legal opinions from external legal advisors.

Origination of ECA financing, bilateral/syndicated commercial loans, defpay LCs: negotiating of funding terms and conditions; obtaining internal corporate approvals; drafting/negotiating mandate and loan documentation; supervising issuance of the LCs. Support of existing loan agreements: CPs, disbursements, monitoring of covenants. Negotiating with corporate clients and foreign exporters on structuring of export finance transactions.

Relationship management with foreign banks. Opening and maintaining Nostro correspondent accounts. Negotiating ISDA, GMRA agreements. AML/KYC procedures. Set-up procedures for treasury transactions.
