- Responsible for the procurement department, managing a team of 20 people with spend of US$ 200MM/Year; - Manage the categories of feed ingredients, packaging, spices, services, medicines, vaccines, IT, MRO, CAPEX, commodities (corn, soybean meal) and others; - Frequent interaction with R&D, Engineering, Marketing and S&OP; - Contract negotiations; - Inventory management; - KPI’s management.

- Responsible for raw material negotiations (beef, chicken, pork), industrial partnerships, co-packer, indirect materials, IT, travel and services with spend of US$ 300 MM/Year, managing a team of 10 people; - International projects – Latin America and Middle East; - Strategic planning; - Strategic sourcing; - Contract negotiations national and international; - Suppliers development; - Category management; - KPI’s management; - Frequent interaction with R&D, Engineering and S&OP.

- Responsible for direct and indirect materials negotiations with spend of US$ 50 MM/Year, managing a team of 10 people; - Strategic planning; - International negotiations (raw materials); - Inventory management; - Strategic sourcing; - Category management; - Project management; - KPI’s management; - Contract negotiations.

- Responsible for all direct materials in Brazil as packaging, feed ingredients (raw materials), vaccines and medicines negotiations with spend of US$ 50 MM/Year managing a team of 2 people; - International negotiations; - Inventory management; - Frequent interaction with R&D, Engineering, Marketing and S&OP; - Project management; - Category management; - Contract negotiations national and international; - Suppliers development; - SAP implementation MM.
