I lead the design strategy and an international UX expertise team with the focus on innovation, UX maturity and delivery excellence in our design services. Together with my team and in collaboration with PMs, POs, engineers, and stakeholders, I ensure that we deliver outstanding and measurable results, that make Bosch the first choice across the world – not only for Power Tools but also for connected digital products and services.

Passionate visual communicator with projects than span from branding & identity design, User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design to illustration, typeface and character design.

I shape the digital ecosystem of Bosch Power Tools with innovative digital services and contribute to the expansion of the digital product portfolio with new products and features.

I use design thinking and other methodologies in order to ensure industry-tailored UX solutions for IBM clients. I lead the internal design area of practice by facilitating regular events like design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions. I nurture a culture of research and regular usability testing. As a design thinking coach, I facilitate workshops to teach others how to make use of the methodology. I assist the hiring process by evaluating candidates in technical interviews.

The responsibilities in this short time frame mostly consisted of design projects for Marketing & Sales collaterals for several IBM divisions. In addition I've led the UX/UI design proposal for the Orchestra for IBM Resiliency Services Online Tool.

Driving digital marketing activities for the Systems & Technology Group within IBM Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
