Took up the CEO position for this previously acquired ISO 13485 certified company, full P&L/Balance Sheet control for €1.8m, responsible for all departments including R&D, Production, Sales and Service, achieved an impressive 28% revenue growth.

Biometra develops, manufactures and markets innovative products for molecular biology and biochemistry laboratories. Complete ownership for the implementation of all business changes including a full reorganization, for this newly acquired company, with an annual turnover of €14m. Fundamentally overhauled their product portfolio, in addition to an entire branding strategy to support future growth path, led a 35% increase in revenue, and collaborated with production and R&D on new innovations.
