Collaborated with a major international client on their design system. Focused on developing processes, a new component structure, and a unified contribution system for international product teams and documented each component for design system users. I enjoyed the education and community management aspect, serving as an ambassador and educator for internal and external designers.

Collaborated with Union Investment for six months on the implementation of their new customer service support system. Mapped complex work processes into the new system. Led user tests, facilitated workshops, and conducted interviews with service staff to thoroughly understand user needs.

BORA requires a complete overhaul of its digital landscape, starting from the ground up. The team and I initiated this project by conducting a UX audit of the current website and portals and investigating the processes behind the products and the company.

I coordinate a team of 11 UX designers, estimate and manage project ressources and budget. I am still actively working as a UX and UI designer, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and designs for cross-platform products for the B2B/B2C market.

Designed my first user interface for a native application for Burger King. Worked on the Night Terror App which won four awards. Designed responsive websites, mobile applications, banner and social media ads for various clients.

Responsible for photo shoot set up, props, checking and preparing the equipment. Direct assistance to the photographer and customer support. Photographs for BMW Lifestyle and NEFF kitchens.
