We focus on solving complex HR Tech Industry problems with machine learning and data science, both for internal, as well as external clients. The scope of our work includes processing of job data (crawling and extraction), classification of jobs in diverse ontologies, enrichment of job data, salary prediction, matching jobs to candidates. We constantly innovate our tech stack and evaluate the latest research in the fields of deep learning and classical machine learning to build supreme algorithms.

Job Advertising is Experteer's Business Unit that enables Job Boards, Companies and Aggregators to publish their high-paid vacancies on the Experteer Platform to source high-quality candidates. We use our cutting-edge data processing stack to filter millions of jobs from our partners so that we can provide candidates with the most comprehensive selection of high level and executive positions.

In this role I was responsible for the strategic and technological transformation of the department. This included the development and the roll-out of a major program to innovate our crawling and data processing stack. The scope of the program was the implementation of machine learning tools, crawlers and semantic text mining to fully automate the existing operational processes as well as find and classify every executive job on the market.
