It operates in the Nordics (Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland), the UK, Germany and Spain with more than 25.000 NB-IoT active devices. As CTO I was responsible for product management (from scratch), software and hardware engineering, team building and leadership, product and service delivery, operations and strategy. R+D funding programs management (Innovation Norway, Horizon 2020).
• Built product and IT team (20 FTEs). • 40% of costs reduction in IT (AWS, processes optimization, vendor management). • Product development, roadmap, delivery and project management, increasing 20% of company's incomes. • E2E Digital transformation culture definition and deployment: Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, BI, Design Thinking. • Digital and Business strategy definition focusing on innovation and market trends. • IT Management responsible (Network, systems, governance, third parties, etc.)
• Align the region strategy (Americas, EMEA and APAC) with all the stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Procurement and Network). • 20% of improvement in cost efficiencies. • Suppliers’ reduction from 250 to 150. • 25% of Customer Satisfaction Index improvement. • Liaison between regional teams, central areas and key C-level positions. • Establish and maintain executive relationships with Partners and System Integrators. • Proactively identify and understand market trends and changes.
Responsible for Smart Home product delivery and Go to Market model definition & execution. • Based in London for 10 months to launch Smart Home services in the UK • New App (iOS and Android) and service developed in 6 months • Smart Home kit with a self-installation average time of 25 minutes • NPS score above 70% • Highly competitive Kit cost, including international logistics • Successful delivery in 5 countries in 18 months (UK, Peru, Brazil, Spain, and Chile) managing 40 FTEs across all geographies

Management of more than 15 partners. • Project, Service and Accounts management (national and international), for Public Administration, Industry, Banking and large corporations, representing more than 10 Million euros of annual income. • KPIs and SLAs definition, tracking and improvement ensuring customer’s requirements. • Customer Satisfaction Index improvement from 6.5 to 9 out of 10 in less than 1 year.
