As head of production architecture, I learnt about complexity reduction by achieving an accurate balance between consumer centricity & global synergies.

As senior Lean consultant at Audi headquarter (Ingolstadt) and during the ramp up of a new Mexican factory I acquired knowledge of enabling organizations in shop floor management for production, logistics & indirect areas as well as supplier development for holistic Value Stream improvements for stable processes.

As head of OpEx I experienced dealing with multiple stakeholders to achieve holistic Value Stream improvements for the factories in Mexico.

In different roles as leader, consultant & expert in Germany, Poland & Mexico I gained expertise in IE, production & Lean learning about leadership & change management especially within Toyota´s “Jishuken” program applying the KATA approach.
