My focus is on the design and transformation of innovative and digital business models and product portfolios, driving digital and organizational change, and optimizing business operations alongside the business and IT infrastructure.

As Head D&T Switzerland I lead strategically and financially the technology platform and application landscape, its related project portfolio and the application service support organization for Switzerland and Germany. This includes defining and implementing digital, technology and application specific strategies. In my role I manage relationships with business and functional leads, international teams and suppliers. I also partner with and manage a team of high performing top third-party talent.

Responsible for creating the business plan and the go-to-market and market penetration strategies, receiving public funding for the agile development of the web-based product. Developed and tested the prototype with customers, in order to optimize user experience and functionality.

Defined yearly go-to-market and market penetration strategies, business plans and business cases, recruited, lead and developed high performing consultants. Conducted market, target segment and competitor analysis. Defined the product portfolio and new services. Profit & Loss responsibility, increased revenue significantly over 3 years. Interacted with C-level regarding structuring of operations, business, strategy and business segment consulting for the Banking-, Financial Services- and Pharma industries.

Successfully led efficiency improvements, cost optimization programs, as well as IT-application, desktop and digitalization transformation projects for the Department of Finance and Resources of canton Aargau.

Realized various regional, national and international IT infrastructure transformation and innovation portfolio improvement projects, leading to the successful implementation of a standardized and institutionalized innovation management process and portfolio strategy.
