Another fundamental reorganization of the GEA Group in Divisions and Global Functions. Responsible for all 7 GEA production plants of both former BA Equipment and BA Solutions in China and India with a total of 1000 employees. Consolidation of the GEA production footprint in APAC. Strong focus on Automation, Digitalization and Sustainability. Localization from European GEA plants to improve local competitiveness through cost and lead-time reductions as well as minimizing Geo-political risks.

New organizational setup of the entire GEA Group in functional units. Appointment to Vice President Supply Chain & Production APAC. Responsible for Supply Chain and Production in the Business Area Equipment with 7 production plants in China, India and New Zealand and in total 500 employees. Driving the localization from Europe into China and India. Consolidated the BA Equipment production footprint in APAC from 7 to 4 Multi-Purpose Sites [MPS]. Driving production relocation projects from Europe to APAC
