Leading of a team with 3 foremens and 52 team members on one shift. Validation and improvement of manufacturing quality in Plant 1 (Press-, Body- and Paint Shop + General Assembly) and Plant 2 (Axel Shop).

Leading of a team with 5 engineers and 40 team members on three shifts. Responsible for measurement rooms in Press- and Body Shop, SIP Engineering, QCOS and “End of Line” diagnostic.

Conducting of quality process gap analysis to develop and monitor corrective action plans. Trainings on all levels to support quality processes and organizational developments.

Development, implementation and monitoring of GME-Procedures in all shop floor areas to meet internal & external process requirements.

Leading of a team with 14 members (Quality Inspectors)‏. Validation of manufacturing quality in Paint- and Trim Shop according to internal product quality standards.

Succesfull development and commissioning of an engine test bench for dc motors.

Conducting studies of buttons- and display luminance on GM radio devices to achieve an equal appearance. Successfull coordination, scheduling and monitoring of necessary design changes between Product Engineering and external suppliers.
