The Start Up! (Management Trainee) program comprises five phases, each lasting three to four months. Throughout this period, I'll take on challenging project tasks in various business areas, taking in all components of Telekoms corporate strategy. During the program I'm working mainly on future technologies and trends like 5G, Blockchain, Edge computing or IoT solutions.

The thesis was dealing with the impact of digitalisation on automobile trade processes. Within the scope of my thesis I developed a model for the integration of multi- and omni-channel retail concepts in existing sales processes. Besides, I designed and managed a market research study with more than 1.500 participants about the interest on digital POS within the car purchasing process.

During the internship withhin the sales strategy department of Audi, I received deep insights into the customer relationship management and digitalisation in Automotive Sales processes. Besides I was working on projects focussing sales network planning and dealer consulting. Furthermore I designed a concept to implement a digital POS module at licencsed Audi dealers.

Gogoro is a Taiwan-based venture-backed company that develops and sells electric scooters and battery swapping infrastructure. I was working on a go-to-market strategy for gogoro scooters in Europe, especially Germany.
