Udacity is an online learning platform providing opportunity to solve real-world engineering problems. My main tasks include: · Analysing raw logs from news feed using Postgres to build reporting · Building web page displaying a user-editable item catalog (including web server with Python, database with SQLAlchemy, frontend with HTML, Javascript & CSS) · Configurating a web server and database running on Linux

· Collaborated with Engineering and Product team on BI tool ‘LinkedIn Talent Insights’ to validate product functionality and data quality · Logic building for Business-KPIs to raise DWH quality and enabled analysts to improve analyses · Created strategic analyses for top DACH clients (e.g. major contribution to an upsell of one of our biggest clients 60% YoY) · Automated and scaled 'Thought Leadership' insights globally via use of Python (e.g. impacting eMobility talent HR strategy for 30+ clients)

· Contributed to internal R-package (e.g. a forecast function used company-wide by analyst teams) · Built automation tools in R (e.g. a QBR Generator which cut creation time from 4h to 5min) · Delivered analyses to improve campaign performance (client facing role with a responsibility of up to 70% of DACH market profits) · Deep-dive analyses on high-urgency topics for Top Management (e.g. on Christmas seasonality to create an action plan for Q4)

· Created reporting tools and Dashboards for founders and clients to track sales, finance & HR activities (instrumental during phase from prototype to first customers) · Built the Go-to-Market Strategy in collaboration with Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart (leading a team of five students)
