Led the operation and ongoing development of the FOVEA forestry platform, serving more than 30,000 registered users. Owned production systems across multiple products. Managed AWS infrastructure, including operational setup and architecture decisions. Contributed to frontend projects including the React-based Palos web portal with a focus on map features and an Angular application for managing forestry operations. Mentored new developers and colleagues from other international teams.

Owned backend systems for the Treeva forestry platform in a microservice environment using NestJS and Laravel/Lumen. Led backend architecture decisions, including REST API and database design. Worked with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and Kubernetes deployments using Helm. Developed and maintained an internal npm package for shared functionality across microservices, distributed and versioned through GitLab.

Member of the founding team that built the FOVEA forestry platform from an early startup stage into an established solution with approximately 60% market share in Germany. Led the development of the web product, including core business workflows, system architecture and UI/UX design. Developed the Drupal-based platform for user management, invoicing and related processes. Mentored students working on their theses, supervising their work and acting as a second examiner.
