Making Quality Performance Reports for the Department of TAC (Technical Assistance Center) on various key indicators - KPIs; Prepare reports and analyze existing data for trends and performance; Monitor call center and engineers processes and methods in order to ensure quality; Prepare regular audits over data and reports issues to be corrected; Perform or define ad hoc report requests as needed to support business needs.

Coordinating the proof reading team (12 members) for The Romanian Official Gazette, Section IV; Manage and resolve customer complaints; Monitoring and coaching new team members on a day to day basis; Documenting each team members performance and targets as well as ensuring that they reach the targets.

Correcting spelling mistakes and grammatical errors; Preparing preliminary pages for the title, contents and preface of a publication; Compliance with quality and standards of correction for papers / prints / publications without changing the integrity of the content;
