Took part in an oral history project in which I: -trained shortly as an interviewer and transcriber -lead a team of students to prepare interviews -independently executed two interviews -assisted in transcribing the interviews, which were filmed and archived -oversaw and assisted in the final report and presentation, setting the interviews in the context of the black experience in American culture, specifically in the Southwest Michigan region
