I teach and research across business, innovation, and management, with a particular interest in how organisations adopt AI and other emerging technologies. My teaching extends beyond the classroom into mentoring students as they develop their own research and connect scholarship to organisational practice. This work continues through my books and peer-reviewed research, which examine innovation, technology adoption, and the conditions under which organisations put new ideas into practice. Specialised consultancy for Education (Entrepreneurial and managerial education), Entrepreneurs and businesses. I work with AI related challenges, family businesses, leaders and companies in Middle East and Europe. I provide specialised expertise to international publishers and companies so their projects get personalized attention, expertize and tailored guidance. I use my practical experience in my classes to demonstrate the practicability of the concepts.

In this role, I mentor junior researchers and instructors specializing in economics who are entering Europe through a European Union program. My responsibilities include guiding them through academic and professional integration, offering insights into European research standards, and helping them navigate the complexities of academic and educational environments in Europe.

Actively engaged in co-supervision and doctoral thesis examination committees, contributing to academic development and doctoral studies. One of my proudest achievements is that all doctoral candidates I have supervised have successfully defended their theses.

As a thesis supervisor at Team Academy, I mentor entrepreneurial students in developing business documentation and strategies. I advise on policy development and assessment criteria. Since September 2024, I am chairing the examination board.

At Geneva Business School, I supervise DBA students, guiding them through their doctoral journey. I co-manage the DBA program, ensuring industry alignment and course development. My role includes but was not limited to advising on research methods, publishing, and providing consistent feedback. I also participate in examination committees, and engage in school and program projects and policy development.

At Higher Colleges of Technology, I delivered courses on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, managed program development, and led a team of course leaders. I organized conferences, mentored junior professors, and engaged with industry for research projects. My contributions earned the 2018 Best Research Award across 16 campuses.

I created and delivered graduate courses in International Management, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing. I actively supported the development of the Centre for Entrepreneurship and provided consultancy for local businesses. My role included student advisory, thesis supervision, and community service, particularly for women entrepreneurs.

Evaluate and review articles for publication, contribute to policy development, and provide recommendations on publishing decisions.

At Vanguard Strategy, I increased student enrollment and established the Vanguard Strategy Journal. I developed consultancy programs for entrepreneurial students and authored articles. My role involved course delivery in management, supervision of research, and providing consultancy to CEOs on business development.

I delivered over 20 graduate and MBA courses, created teaching materials, and provided career advisory services. My responsibilities included supervising theses, mentoring students, and facilitating classroom discussions. I also contributed to curriculum development and organized career guidance events for students.
