Previously managed a number of cross-functional, cross product initiatives, including Conduct Risk, Bespoke Mandates, as well as analysis and evaluation of various business cases for infrastructure upgrades.

Agreed internally and with clients principles for testing of the financial accounting solutions built by Citi. Set up Vertical Testing Team. Reviewed outputs, raised defects to Triage, reviewed resolution of defects, and signed off fixes for production release. Managed a team of accountants and testing specialists.

Managing cash equity change initiatives globally. Following Barclays acquisition of Lehman Brothers Americas, participated in a successful build out of a $1billion equities flow business globally with responsibility for Treasury, Books and Records, and Transaction Reporting. Subsequent work included definition and delivery of cross-functional and cross-regional industrialisation programmes. Looking after a global team of change managers located in New York, London, and Hong Kong.

Delivered a number of initiatives related to the setup of equity and fixed income trading and operations in the Emerging Markets.

Managed daily operations of the New Business - Fund Accounting Valuations section with five asset management clients, £7.6 billion in Total Net Assets, consisting of 3 Valuations teams with total staff of 34

Participated in a set up of Fund Accounting operations in Switzerland and roll out of a mutual funds pooling product in Ireland; co-managed a Fund Accounting team in the USA

Re-financed commercial loans for private customers & small-business clients; processed legal actions, court orders, garnishments, and bankruptcies
