Responsible for ICT equipment and services, managing both LAN and WAN. Supporting ICT operations all around the country.

I was responsible for maintaining and expansion of AGC's converged network infrastructure including voice, video and data. I configured and managed Cisco switches, wireless controller, CUCME and Sophos firewall and administered AGC's Active Directory domain and policies. The documentation and monitoring of all network services were also part of my duties.

I designed and implemented networking topologies for our CCTV projects. I was responsible for installing and configuring networking devices, security cameras, NVRs and to set up electronic access controls and attendance devices. I also trained the customers for their newly installed systems with best practices on how to use them.

I was responsible for the installation and maintenance of customers links as well as maintaining our sites all over Kabul city. I gained experience in installing routers, switches, WAPs, VSAT links and other CPEs and provided technical support for customers over the phone, e-mail or site visit.

I got my specialization in Information Technology. I studied networking, system administration, Linux and Cisco in particular.
