• Implementing, operating, and managing the network and security infrastructure for the Flexible Engine Public Cloud. • Setting up the IPsec Tunnels for cloud customers to connect their VPCs to remote site and Troubleshooting any related issues. • Troubleshooting network and security IaaS issues such as VPC, VPN, VPC peering, security groups, Fwaas, and Lbaas. • Working Experience in virtual network: Openstack neutron/ Distributed virtual router (DVR) and Open virtual Switch (OVS).

Implementing customer VPN solutions over Orange MPLS network (Any-to-any/Any-to-one VPNs, Load balancing, Internet gateways, Quality of service, Redistribution, Backup solutions). • Implementing customer LAN solutions (Core/distribution/access switches). • Acts as a direct point of contact for the designated customer for technical VPN aspects. • Acts as the escalation point for the customer in case of major operational incidents. • Implement router configuration, activation, and acceptance testing.
