My role within LENDIX is to manage the deployment of the HR policy (75 persons) within the leading European lending marketplace in France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Netherlands.

As HR Manager, I took charge of the entire recruitment process of a high-level engineering population and contributed to the development of our HR policy.

I was involved in the traditional catering sector in the HR management of several independent restaurants created by the same two partners. The workforce has doubled by the end of 2013 to reach 120 people.I was therefore responsible for supporting this growth in multi-sites and multi-companies on the HR part in several aspects of the function. I was in charge of the creation from scratch then the deployment of the HR policy of these structures.
