Supporting 12 stores across 2 Districts in Germany and Poland My main responsibilities as an HR Generalist/ Coordinator are: -Manage HR partnership with the District Managers and operate as the critical business partner to the Store Managers to drive business performance -Use key business metrics and a solid understanding of business operations to develop tailored solutions and innovation. -Responsible for associate relations, career development, performance management, retention and compliance management.

Flagship store Munich(90+ associates): Achieve KPI goals (sales, CR, ATV, UPT, AUR, Omnichannel, shrink) , Lead sales floor and stockroom activities, manage the operations department, keeping focusing: On recruiting, conducting interviews with potential new employees, manage the application processes, hirings, dismissals, contract extensions, associates training, onboarding, career plan development.

As Works Council Chairman, I took part in the recruiting processes, evaluating and analyzing potential candidates to be part of our team. Supervised management promotions, give advice, support and guidance to lower, upper management and associates, on methods to resolve employee work problems. All this gave me the opportunity to develop my skills and abilities in organization, multitasking, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

During this time I had the chance to propose and promote new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality management. Some of the policies/ procedures that I developed and implemented are, Employee Survey, Compassionate Leave, Scheduling, Public holiday Regulation, Development of Training Programs, Sickness Notification Processes, Weekends Rotation, among others.

As Asset Protection partner my main tasks were: -Train Managers and Associates to increase AP awareness. -Detailed reporting of all incidents of loss internal, external, or operational. -Conduct internal investigations including post-loss interviews of Associates. -Ensure protection of Associates, goods, and assets of the company. -Interpret and utilize exception-based research and point of sale reports to resolve incidents of loss.
