As Works Council Chairman, I took part in the recruiting processes, evaluating and analyzing potential candidates to be part of our team. Supervised management promotions, give advice, support and guidance to lower, upper management and associates, on methods to resolve employee work problems. All this gave me the opportunity to develop my skills and abilities in organization, multitasking, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
During this time I had the chance to propose and promote new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality management. Some of the policies/ procedures that I developed and implemented are, Employee Survey, Compassionate Leave, Scheduling, Public holiday Regulation, Development of Training Programs, Sickness Notification Processes, Weekends Rotation, among others.
