The organization is organized the same with a multinational company. The Incoming Exchange department is the one that handle International relationships. What do I do for that: sale the international practice programe to companies here in Galati, establish international cooperations and match each Job Description of the companies here with a student from our database. This department includes: sales, visa and legislation, reception activities, quality systems, financial management and HR systems.

I was agenda manager for a national conference organized for future interns in international companies. For that I had to design the Agenda Framework and session outline, conduct application/selection and recruitment procedures for the facilitators’ , track facilitators' session preparation before the conference, execute facilitators meetings and consulting on site, conduct premeeting and postmeeting, ensure the timeline.

I was coordinating a local magazine called eXPerience (http://experience.aiesecgalati.ro). I had a team formed by 6 members: 3 on Public Relations and other 3 on Advertising. Personally I had to coordinate the team, allocate tasks, maintain the contact with our partners, and verify the articles, writing articles and also maintaining the contact with the typography that was printing our magazine.The magazine was addresses to the students from Galati, including articles about career planning and opportunities

I coordinated the project called Enter Entrepreneurship. The project aimed to recruit 30 students and to prepare them in order for them to create realistic business plans for the local environment. At the end there was organized a press conference were representatives from companies gave their opinions and express their interest to invest in their business plans. A local bank from Galati was interested on a business plan and agrees to sponsorship the students so that they can apply their idea.
