Recruiting for Customer Success and Marketing Cloud lines of business in EMEA region; looking for motivated and experienced candidates who aim to be part of a successful and multicultural team!

Collaborate with Recruiters and managers in order to understand the hiring requirements and the corresponding profile; - Perform complex searching through all specific recruitment tools for identifying suitable candidates; - Gathering, analyzing and selecting from the data suitable profiles; - Approaching and questioning candidates interest over the existent vacancies; - Provide recruiters and managers with valid results; ad-hoc reporting;

Issuing EMEA Newsletters as per country delivery schedule and working closely with EMEA recruiters; - Responding to queries from recruitment general e-mail address; - Supporting the Recruitment Team in Romania (CV screening, scheduling interviews and meetings, rejecting unsuitable candidates, advertising jobs, updating Oracle's databases, organizing Recruiter’s agenda, contacting possible candidates etc.); - Assisting colleagues from the Recruitment Department.

Assisting at stock counts organized by company's clients and obtaining appropriate documents (inventory list, inventory decision, stock count minutes); Complete tasks allocated in every project (client audit - accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash and cash equivalents, opex, related parties etc; Developing and maintaining an efficient relationship with the client; Continuous communication with project team members; Compliance with company's policies and administrative procedures.
