• Implemented a unified Power BI tool for analysis of factory KPIs in 4 plants in cooperation with the team of developers, which resulted in a transition to a self-service approach for the stakeholders. • Developed a guide for implementing the tool in other regions based on leading of cooperation between Finance Business Partners, Controllership, Accounting and IT, which reduced the company's expenditures on the project team by 100 000 EUR annually.
