Scope: Procurement contracting and CLM-related processes in an international environment. Responsibilities include definition of procurement contracting requirements, templates, clauses, workflows and approval governance. Interface between Procurement, Legal, Finance and IT. Support CLM tool discussions, governance and process standardization with focus on usability and compliance.

Scope: Contract management and legal operations support for global procurement (EMEA, Americas, APAC). End-to-end review of large contract volumes. Implementation of new contracting processes and workflows, including CLM-related tools (contract review workflows, e-signature). Leadership of a team of junior legal counsels. Training of procurement teams on contract negotiation and new CLM processes. Reporting to Global Sourcing and Legal leadership.

In-house legal counsel covering a broad range of commercial and procurement-related contracts, including framework agreements, customer and supplier contracts, logistics, quality and service agreements. Legal support on warranty, liability and dispute matters. Risk assessment and contract negotiation support to business and procurement stakeholders in an international industrial environment.

Review, negotiation and drafting of financing contracts for international development projects funded by German ministries, EU co-financing, World Bank and donor institutions. Legal and contractual support to GIZ offices and project directors worldwide on financial, audit and compliance-related contract matters.
