- Recruitment and selection - Supervising the entire hiring and employee onboarding process - Managing HR budget as per the requirements - Offering advice on payroll, law, labor relations, and related areas - Preparing monthly HR reports - Collecting employees feedback - Resolving all employee-related issues and queries - Counseling employees as and when required - Maintaining and updating the employee benefits programs - Monitoring and analyzing the HR performance metrics and KPIs
