The department also works on optimizing the website, attends networking seminars to acquire new contacts and manages the CRM tool.

Worked at the Desktop Publishing department, which is mainly in charge of formatting and assembling translated documents to send back to the client, ready for printing and/or publishing. Working with various tools and programs like Quark Express, InDesign & many other Adobe products as well as Microsoft Office to optimize the layout of various forms of documents, including websites, presentations, brochures, etc.

Managing a team responsible for our internship program in the Stuttgart region. This entails the contact with all companies as well as managing projects and events that affect our external image. The team also manages all applications worldwide that wish to take part in an internship in any company within the region.

Developing innovative marketing and improvement strategies for the organization, leading the Social Media team, managing the FB page and finding potential partnerships.

Generally in charge of bookkeeping and accounting for the organization, while specifically having the task of making sure cultural activities are correctly booked and also being the contact person for our Board of Supporters.

Started an internship that lasted two months from August to October 2008 and then remained as a freelance writer for TeenStuff Magazine of TPA Media. Wrote and co-wrote dozens of articles.

Organizing and formatting data, making them easily accessible by fellow employees as well as employers. Mostly through Excel.

Part of the Reception Team responsible for seeking accommodations for the incoming international students who are seeking to work in Stuttgart, Germany, as well as being their contact person and helping them settle in and getting their formalities in order (bank account, health insurance, work permits, etc.).

Worked as an intern for almost a month at Sheraton Hotel in Cairo under the wing of Mr. Rami, who trained me in being able to communicate with different customers from different countries as well as the check-in system and the essentials of being a hotel receptionist.
