Responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive, collection/Maintenance/Audit of corporate structures for foreign covered companies, creating the most error-free database of its kind in the marketplace. Extensive Research work in the European retail and commercial Banking market. Main focus of research is at :  Corporate Structure  Scope of Consolidation  Mergers & Acquisitions  Internal restructuring of 800+European Banks and 500+ Insurance Companies.

Assists department in carrying out various human resources Programs and procedures.  Assist in the recruitment process - ie. liaise with recruitment agencies, set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.  Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview application, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointment.

Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as needed.  Helps to maintain company organization charts and employees’ Personal files.  Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
