- Forecast, plan and manage the ‘IT Operations & Admin’ cost center with an annual spending and budget of ~6M € - Report and control the ‘IT infrastructure’ costs on a monthly basis - Negotiate, on-board and manage contracts with ~20 IT partners

Market selection and entry strategy for international expansion of a fashion startup.

I worked in the Project Management Office with the Chief Procurement Officer to identify and establish Sales & Operations Planning processes in all 6 countries in the region. The project involved laying down processes and syncing various departments such as buying, sourcing, marketing and finance to ensure planning driven sales and operations. I also worked in the Marketplace team in Seller Analytics. I analyzed seller profiles of existing and new sellers within the Marketplace business unit.

As one of the starting members (first 5 employees) of OY, I have been working with the co-founders to scale the business to over $2M (annualized revenue) within 18 months. I have worked in leadership roles across areas such as Strategic planning & Business analysis, Business development & sales, Operations, WMS setup & management, Recruitment & Training, Process layout, Account management and Technology management.

I have worked with global Bain consulting teams across a range of industries at Bain Capability Center, Bain & Company, Gurgaon. My experience spans key industry sectors such as Non-Profit, Aviation, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Technology and Healthcare etc. The nature of projects I have been part of include Corporate Growth Strategy, Competitive Benchmarking, Market Entry Strategy, Macroeconomic Point of View etc.
