- Lead Powertrain Integration in SANDVIK Loaders - Responsible for IC Engine, EATS, Transmission, Torque Converter, Propeller shaft, Axles components. - Design and Development of DANA T14 transmission + C5000 Torque converter integration in LS312 FLP underground loader. - Handling projects from Austria, South Africa, and Australia's Engineering teams.

- Performed a key role in the design & development of internal combustion Engines (20HP to 150HP category) - Successfully designed optimization of 1 four-cylinder crankcase of diesel engine by closely working with CAE team, on the basis of FEA reports. - Individually generated the concept of 4 valve cylinder head Engine by converting 2 valve cylinder head - Generate general arrangement (GA) drawings, manufacturing (MA) drawings, Technical Drawings of independent models, and sub-assemblies with GD&T.

Lead Design & Development for 10 New Development projects (1 hydraulic-based cleaning machine, 3 different pneumatic-based Leak Testing machines, 2 different servo-based Assembly automation machines, 4 Tooling fixtures) for engine component manufacturing line. End to End development of machines from requirement analysis, system study, concept, and detail design. Structure, Spindle and Bearing, Gear Box, Motor, LM rail & block, Linear and rotary actuators, Hydraulics, Pneumatics Calculations.

Supporting the Manufacturing team by operating molds on Milling, Lathe, and Cylindrical grinding machine in the Toolroom department.
