Responsible for the elaboration and implementation of the Online Marketing Strategy (web and mobile acquisition) from scratch: - Creation and optimization of Facebook Online Marketing Campaigns - Creation and optimization of the Google Adwords Campaigns - Implementation of a multi-channels App Launch Campaign - Exploration of new channels (Instagram, Twitter) - Monitoring of the Online Marketing performance for each channel

Management of a 50 brands portfolio (3000 references a year, 10 M€ per year) - Creation of the assortment and definition of the volumes - Negotiation of the commercial terms (including marketing actions) - Building-up and follow-up of a strong relationship with the suppliers - Optimization of each brand performance (day to day analysis of the sellout, the level of stock and the margin during the season) - Realization of purchase reports at the end of each season

Value and Risk Management Governance - Project Management - Implementation of the Solvency II project in AXA Germany in order to improve the financial risk management and comply with European rules - Coordination of the changes in the different departments - Follow-up of standards implementation - Organization of the BaFin reviews - Internal communication about the project

- Follow-up of the supplier's panel - Creation of the requests for proposal in collaboration with the engineers - Analysis of the supplier’s quotations, negotiation and selection. - Contribution to the creation of a new Purchasing Policy - Implementation and monitoring of KPIs to evaluate the suppliers

Follow-up of the deliveries - Organization of the transportation - Negotiation of the delays with the suppliers - Check-up of the products quality and quantity with the technicians - Creation of orders
