• Involved in commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of more than 150 Ericsson 2G/3G sites in south regions. • Participated in swapping, modernizing and expansion more than 4000 2G/3G/LTE/NBIoT and TD-LTE technologies via Huawei U2000 CME solution and KPI optimization with FACTS and KPI browser. • Preparing and presenting weekly analytical and verification reports to customer in MTNI project. • Refarming and U900 launching of more than 600 sites.

• 110 BTS/DBS 3900 and NodeB script creation and integration in GSM/UMTS project. • Set up, configured, debugged and troubleshooted 170 2G/3G sites. • Maintenance and troubleshooting of wireless network problems and analyzing RF related issues (CSSR, CDR, HO etc.) and can recover the accidents within defined SLA. • Changing transmission type of 2G sites from E1 mode to Abis over IP.
