Attending to Warranty claims, analysing & finding the root causes....Responsible for Technical support & Product development support for Indian market....Benchmarking of products for chinese and Indian market..... Supported the team for the Development of a Highly Integrated Plastic Door Module for VW. Defined the Sealing concept and Standard for both Plastic & sheet metal Door modules.

Development of a Highly Integrated Plastic Door module, first time of its kind, for Ford. Further development projects of similar types were proposed for Mercedes, Volvo, BMW...even with Railless window regulator concept. Also worked on advanced projects related to Door Module and Door trim integrations ...

Key person to introduce the Rack & Pinion type of Steering gear and collapsible steering column for the first time in Mahindra vehicles. Was fully incharge of the total steering system right from concept, final design & till its validation period. Also worked on Propeller shaft, & fuel system at the initial phase of the project.

Design of Rack and Pinion Steering Gear and Steering Column for Maruti & Ford. Also responsible for development of Testing Jigs and checking fixtures.
