Request for quotation to vendor and perform quotation assessment and negotiation Preparing of Purchase Request for Customer Ensuring in-house of materials as per production plan. Review vendor responses for compliance with requirements, perform pricing analysis, and recommend contract awards that result in best value procurement. Procurement of raw material from national and international market Interacting with Accounts departments for timely payment

• Reviews and processes purchase requisitions. • Analyzes, identifies, and communicates information regarding purchase orders; researches, and resolves problems relating to purchasing issues. • Meeting with suppliers to determine the company requirements. • Ensure that contractual agreements meet all quality standards • Successfully trained new hires and ensure they hit production on time.
