Led Continental's Singapore subsidiary with 26 employees and ~€750m annual turnover. As Global Cluster Manager Natural Rubber, responsible for sourcing, contracting and supply chain security for 25+ production plants. Special focus on roll-out of sustainability programs. Led the introduction of EUDR and ensured that CTHS' rubber supply chain is compliant with the regulation Member of Board of Directors of RubberWay 2021 - 2026. Member of the Executive Committee of GPSNR) 2022 - 2025.

Led purchasing and supplier quality for ContiTech's Mobile Fluid Systems division: ~170 employees, 20+ legal entities across 10+ countries, and up to €1bn purchasing volume. Direct responsibility for 5 Global Cluster Managers, 4 procurement centres (Asia, Europe, NAFTA) and 4 Advanced Purchasing Managers.

Built and managed Continental's international raw material procurement offices across BRIC countries and Southeast Asia (team of 9). Provided procurement support for Greenfield plants (Brazil, China) and M&A activity (Malaysia, Slovakia, Russia).

Built new team; defined and implemented sourcing strategies for 11 raw material areas (€250m volume). Integrated Malaysia subsidiary and supported Brazil Greenfield purchasing setup.

Strategic sourcing for CIS and Eastern Europe. Negotiated major compound supply contract (€90m). Supported Matador JV integration (Slovakia). Prepared major make-or-buy decision for Continental Board.

Management Consultant for post-privatisation restructuring of East European companies (Phare/Tacis/KfW programmes). Expat assignment Jan–Dec 1997 as Assistant Director of an EU TACIS Technical Assistance Centre in Kaliningrad, Russia.
