- Renovated and scaled up infrastructure, technologies, and resources of the technical division. - Founded, set up, and transformed Vietnam office into company’s principal offshore engineering, product, and marketing department. - Helped expand company’s business into global markets with clients such as TÜV SÜD, Tupperware, SAP, and BMW. - In charge of project and technology budget, introducing adjustments and methodologies to optimize throughput, maximize profit, and minimize risks.
