Define standards & Capacity of Equipment and Personal: SMD Efficiency, Labor Productivity, OEE / TEEP. Coordinate as a Project leader of Optimization projects: introduction of MES CAMLine in Front-End lines, introduction & implementation of Time Management Project (Standard at Automotive managing budget and current routing times).

• Prove and verify new SAP developments and complemented the documentation for the end users. • 2nd level support for develop areas : ECR, SAP PDM/PLM, WISE. • Training Hardware and Mechanical Engineers new SW Tool (+250 employees).

• Coordinate the implementation of new SAP projects (TCE, P3-APO) that involves Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing areas including the documentation and deployment. • Administration of the Handbooks and trained the Industrial and Manufacturing Engineers (+65 employees). • 2nd level support of SAP MM, PDM, PP, PSS and TCE for same areas. • Lead Key user team in 2 plants: Tijera and Periferico

Introducing new projects, and processes in production floor; training operators for new process, creating work instructions, designing work stations and lay-outs according to REFA, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies; creating components, BOM's and routings in SAP; participating in quotations for new products. Coordinating Prototype buildings, SOP, PPAP's for introductions of new products and/or a process changes; keeping in touch with team project (design and local areas).

• Supply electrical components (PAS: RES, CAP, FRQ & IND); operating supplies, chemicals, and packaging materials. • Control and analyst shortage materials.
