• Responsibility Area: EMEA • Maintain an IT demand overview at a higher level of detail across all Minimed Care Operations • Be the BU project manager for IT related and other high priority projects • Assist operations leaders with ongoing service development plans and regional operations improvements, facilitate process mapping or CAP sessions • Define KPIs • Publish monthly dashboards • Lead monthly ops meetings • Benchmark / roll-out best practices coming out of QBR’s & ops meetings

Leading all operations of a multilingual team based in Prague, Czech republic, supporting patients and business partners across 6 countries (Czech republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Croatia)

Travel Department management, team size: 25 people – coordinators and team leaders.

Supervising a team of coordinators. Controlling coordinators' activities and tasks to meet set deadlines. Monitoring and controlling assisted cases in terms of process accuracy and appropriate attitude to insured clients.

Communication with customers mainly via telephone. Dealing with customer’s requests, working in company’s databases, communication with customers, medical facilities (usually abroad), the company’s overseas branches, suppliers, competent employees of AA CZ‘s clients (insurance companies, banks etc).
