Managing end-to-end Project Life Cycle through agile methodologies (scrumban), using i-nexsus to track performance, KPIs,project portfolio, strategic and cross functional alignment. Initial QA compliance check, defining critical process parameters and leading on-site process optimization and validation, compiling variation package to ensure all GMP requirements are met and full operational readiness is achieved. This position included both project management and QA&Ra activities.

Managing projects via eQMS Master Control Management of Changes for all topics in the scope of the affected change to ensure all necessary actions of all included departments are defined and executed within given timelines. Day to day process coordination and data management through evaluation of APIs and eqms-Corporate Change Controls, coordination of activities and alignment within Starting Material team and across multiple teams.
