• The Operations Manager is responsible to manage and figure out methods of helping the company be more productive in terms of operations. Additional function includes but not limited to plan, direct, ensure and improve the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

• The Technical Assistant / Administrative Assistant provides technical and secretariat support to Program Management Office (PMO)-JRSP Team Leader in the management of the implementation of the Judicial Reform Support Project (JRSP).

• The Researcher Analyst/Writer undertakes research into various database and other sources of information of local and international maritime/naval topics, issues & concerns of strategic interests to the Philippine Navy, entailing research at academic, government institutions and non-government organizations (NGOs).
