Key Responsibilities: Provided direct support as a social worker in a specialized foster home for young girls, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Assisted individuals and families in need by identifying and facilitating access to appropriate support systems and state benefits. Engaged with children and teenagers in the community, organizing activities and providing guidance to promote personal and social development.

During my time as an assistant at Pingo Doce, I had the opportunity to play a key role in the store's daily operations, contributing to a positive customer experience and ensuring operational efficiency. My responsibilities included restocking merchandise, ensuring products were always available and well-organized for customers. Additionally, I had the chance to work in various sections of the store, which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of different products and customer needs.

During the period when I was pursuing my degree, I had the privilege of working as a Public Relations representative at McDonald's, where I developed valuable communication, relationship management, and customer service skills. As part of the public relations team, I was tasked with representing the McDonald's brand to customers and the broader community. My responsibilities included ensuring that every interaction was positive and memorable, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Ccomprehensive and interdisciplinary training, equipping professionals to design effective interventions that address both the causes and consequences of social problems. With a carefully structured curriculum, from the first to the third year, students are immersed in core subjects such as Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Law, and Social Work. This prepares future Social Workers for holistic and effective practice, aimed at promoting socialization and the well-being of the communities.

The main objective of the course is to empower students to promote the sociocultural development of groups and communities. This is achieved through the organization, coordination, and development of various activities aimed at community engagement. These activities cover a wide range of areas, including culture, education, socialization, leisure, and recreation. Students are trained to understand the needs and interests of target communities, designing and implementing initiatives.
