Developing and implementing marketing & communication strategy (B2B marketing). Inbound marketing, marketing automation, lead generation; Coordinating the design of marketing comms materials and technical product documentation; distributing in online and offline channels. Evaluation and coordination of internal and external events, including participation in fairs; promoting the company's products and services during events.

Customer service and supporting events with comms materials and materials necessary for a successful execution of events, updating websites and mobile app, managing online ticketing system and on-site work.

Responsible for delivery of marketing, communication, collateral and promotional activities, in line with formal briefs, objectives, and timelines. Key tasks included managing Customer Loyalty Program, determining internal versus external creative requirements, providing support for events, sponsorship, advertising, CRM, digital and managing the Communications expense budget.

At Triglav I worked in two positions: brand management and corporate social responsibility with focus on sponsorships and donations, including activation. My responsibilities were market research, developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the brand, including campaigns, events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships.
